Before we get to work, we need to establish WHAT we'll do, and HOW we'll do it. During the organizational service design, we share what we discovered through our DEI Diagnostics, propose recommended solutions and co-create the implementation approach together.

Designed specifically for those leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, our DEI subject matter experts will guide you through all DEI strategy and program design decisions that matter to you and your organization. We provide coaching, support, resources, best practices, and recommendations about what we've seen work (and not work) with our clients and other examples from the field.

Interactive workshop utilizing design thinking approach with key DEI stakeholders to develop and prioritize action items from employee experience (EX) research.

  • Data collection with DEI stakeholders (committee members + board members and any other DEI champions within your organization)

  • Two, 90-minute virtual sessions with DEI committee

  • One, 1-hour report back of findings 

  • Deliverable: Our DEIx Roadmap, which includes a data-driven short- and long-term strategy, objectives, goals, and an implementation plan that sets you up for success
