Hi—I'm Dr. V
I’m Dr. Victoria Mattingly (Dr. V)—an organizational psychologist, senior people analyst, keynote speaker, and author passionate about improving the human experience at work.

Grounded in organizational psychology, I use people analytics and workplace inclusion strategies to drive smarter, more equitable decisions.
My work translates complex data and behavioral science into actionable insights that help organizations build cultures where everyone can thrive.

As the co-author of "Inclusalytics: How Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work" and author of "Act like an Ally, Work With an Ally", I bring a research-driven yet practical perspective to some of today’s most pressing workplace challenges, especially at the intersection of workplace inclusion and people analytics.

Through keynotes and thought leadership, I help leaders and teams bridge the gap between intention and impact.

I bring my PhD training, 15+ years of research and consulting experience, and my lived experience as a woman, working mom, cancer survivor, mental health warrior, and person with visible differences to all of my work.
This blend of science and lived perspective allows me to deliver keynotes that are both evidence-based and deeply human.

My mission is simple but bold: to improve the human experience at work for one billion employees worldwide.
