On and Beyond the Stage: Sparking Inclusion and Allyship through Powerful Keynotes

Transforming Workplaces through Research-Based, Heartfelt Keynotes

For most of my career, I’ve been committed to improving the human experience at work. At first, that meant rolling up my sleeves alongside organizations — designing inclusion strategies, facilitating workshops, and building culture change initiatives.

But the world of work — and the way change happens — has evolved. And so have I.

Today, Mattingly Solutions is no longer a workplace inclusion consulting firm. Instead, I’ve shifted my energy into what I know makes the biggest impact: keynote speaking and book writing focused on allyship, inclusion, and mental health in the workplace.

ree

Why the Shift?

Because I’ve seen firsthand what one powerful keynote can do.

A single talk can do what a binder of policies or a stack of meeting notes rarely achieve:

✨ Spark a conversation that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.

✨ Inspire people to reflect on their own habits, power, and choices.

✨ Create momentum that builds into lasting culture change.

That’s why I believe keynotes are catalysts. They light the fire that fuels ongoing allyship, inclusion, and mental health at work.

What This Means for You

If you’ve known my work, you know it has always been data-driven and heart-centered. That hasn’t changed. What has changed is my focus: I’m doubling down on impact by doing what I do best — delivering transformative keynotes and writing books that help people not only talk about inclusion, but actually act on it.

Imagine your next industry conference, all-hands meeting, employee resource group (ERG) event, or leadership retreat where participants don’t just listen — they lean in, they reflect, and they leave with both practical tools and a renewed sense of courage.

That’s the power I strive to bring to the stage:

  • 15+ years of research as an organizational psychologist.

  • Authentic storytelling, including my own lived experiences navigating cancer, alopecia, and mental health recovery.

  • The perspective of a two-time author, including Inclusalytics and my new two-in-one-book, Act like an Ally, Work with an Ally.

When I speak, my goal is not just to give a talk — it’s to create an experience that leaves people thinking, feeling, and doing something different long after the event is over.
