Dr. Mattingly (Dr. V) is founder and CEO of Mattingly Solutions, a workplace inclusion consulting firm. Her mission is to use organizational science to improve the human experience at work, especially for marginalized groups.

 

Before starting Mattingly Solutions, Dr. Mattingly worked as an external consultant at DDI and Mind Gym and on Amazon’s talent assessment team. She is co-author of the globally-acclaimed book, Inclusalytics: How DEI Leaders Use Data to Drive their Work.

 

Dr. V earned her PhD in organizational psychology from Colorado State University and is also a proud alum of Pitt and Woodland Hills School District. When not trying to eradiate workplace bias and discrimination, you can find her singing karaoke or enjoying a non-alcoholic beer at a local brewery.

 

She has continued her allyship and DEI work in the form of consulting,  corporate training, webinars, keynotes, thought leadership, and her virtual course, Ally Up, which has been taken by over 10,000 students.
