Chief Diversity Officer
Lori is the VP, Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and the founder of The DEI Collective and Wundher, focused on creating just work environments and connecting women to joy. Lori, a renowned speaker on diversity and joy, lives by the motto 'live in your vision and not your circumstances' with her husband Eric and sons Liam and Emory.
Founder/Attorney, The Crivella Firm, LLC
Ryan is the principal attorney at The Crivella Firm LLC. He concentrates his practice on providing general business counseling to robotics, artificial intelligence, and other emerging growth companies.
VP of Growth & Product Evangelist, EngageRocket
Jim Kanichirayil is a student of people, with his Doctor of Education in Ethical Organizational Leadership. Jim has built, managed, and led teams, with most of his experience focusing on understanding why people join and leave companies. He also has a podcast called Cascading Leadership
Former Head of Product/Chief Operations Officer
Camaria has been with the Mattingly Solutions team since the first client. She brings product development, project management, and process design experience from both start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. Currently, she is working at Apple.
Chief Financial Officer
Jada brings more than two decades of experience in finance, operations, supply chain and project management to Mattingly Solutions. She provides strategic financial advising to drive our company’s growth, advance our mission, and best serve our clients.
Chief Commercial Officer
Nick Schacht is the Chief Commercial Officer for the Society for Human Resource Management. An experienced CEO and operational leader, he has dedicated his career to developing employee skills and employer capabilities.
Director of Diversity and Inclusion
Mel Smith Jr., Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Genworth, drives initiatives to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into the company's culture. Previously an advocate for equal rights in New York, Mel now leads comprehensive D&I programs at Genworth, collaborating with industry organizations and serving on executive boards.
