Mattingly Solutions is currently hiring an I/O + DEI Consulting Assistant

Who you are:

  • A current I/O graduate student (masters or PhD) or recent grad

  • Passionate about DEI (bonus points if you've done DEI research and/or have completed coursework specific to DEI)

  • A current/former lab manager and/or project manager

  • Technology savvy and active on social media

  • Someone who an easily translate workplace science into digital media content for business professionals (e.g. blogs, social media captions, newsletters, etc.)

  • Experience using email management/website software is a plus (experience in Wix would be amazing)

  • Someone not above doing some light administrative work (e.g., scheduling, coordinating, etc.)

  • Able to work 10-20 hours a week (hours are mostly flexible)

  • Willing to work 100% remote

What you'll do:

  • Create high-value, easily consumable content at the intersection of I/O and DEI

  • Manage a high-profile applied research project with a focus on anti-racism in customer service

  • Serve as the right-hand person to our I/O co-founders, Dr. Victoria Mattingly & Sertrice Grice

  • See the behind-the-scenes of running a small I/O + DEI consulting firm

  • Gain amazing DEI junior consulting experience

  • Make $20 an hour
